F%!$#!#T the tennis playerzz. ...and ... SAVE THE PARK!!!

My name is Carlos and I am 36 years of age. I moved from California to the CZ. and I have been here for one year and have found that many people are afraid of new ideas,this brings me to the next topic. Skateboarding is a great sport like any other sport, however, not very many people understand the culture of skateboarding. I feel that some older generations here might not have ever imagined a sport like this and might not want to understand. The sport is for all people of all ages, I am 36 and I still skate, to have fun and be together and create. I would like to say that in every sport there are going to be a few bad apples. look at basketball in the US people fight on the court over a silly ball and these athleets then in their free time drink and do drugs, more over, this type of behavior is in every sport. It is easy to point fingers at something that is not understood and blame problems. It is to bad some people that skateboard think they have disrespect people to have fun but that has to do with age and if there is a skatepark or if there is not kids will always rebel and disrespect people no matter where the are so does this mean that all places for kids will be closed down unless it is in the interest of CITY COUNCIL . Everyone should try to be an embassador of skateboarding if they want to keep skateparks around.
In California there is a skatepark that is at a place called the YMCA and it is located Encinitas CA. This place is incredible and the people there are involved with the kids in the community. Pro skaters can found in the back pools and on the big ramps. This place is clean, well maintained, a safe place, supports community, and you can see parents leaving their kids for the day because thae trust that the staff and people there are not going to endanger them and cause them harm. This park is the best park I have ever been to.
The YMCA is a model skate park and people should follow how they operate. Try to create an enviorment like this and you will see that people will not want to close any park down because its a good place to be, perhaps, you might see a few more parks being built around the CZ Republic if the activities were focused more towards creating a positive enviornment.
Drugs are in our world today and its to bad that some people who skate try to sell you the idea it will make you liked or a better skateboarder. Its important to stay away from people like this in sports and in life. These people will soon dissapear and you will find that if you just say no and dont allow this type of behavior to be around you these peoiple will soon crawl away and skate other places or stop skating.
SKATING IS AN AWSOME SPORT SO DO YOUR BEST TO CREATE AN ENVIORNMENT THAT WILL SHOW PEOPLE THAT DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT SKATEBOARDING IS FOR YOU, YES, THIS MEANS THAT THERE IS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE TO CHANGE THE MINDS OF PEOPLE WHO WOULD LIKE TO TURN YOUR FAVORITE PLACE INTO A PARKING LOT OR A TENNIS COURTL.
